Messi has no intention of returning to Barcelona as long as Laporta is in charge – reports .

Lionel Messi will not return to Barcelona. As long as Joan Laporta remains in charge, there is no chance of a comeback, according to Guillem Balague.

Messi’s contract with Inter Miami runs until 2025, and he is expected to continue in the United States. Miami have built a strong environment around him, and the MLS club will push for him to extend his stay.

Recent speculation suggested Messi was interested in returning to Barcelona, especially after the club's stadium renovations. Some reports claimed Barcelona were looking into a possible summer move, but Balague has dismissed these claims.

Messi now enjoys life in Miami, where he plays alongside Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba. All signs point to him staying rather than making a return to Spain.
